Ingin tau cara membuat tepung dari biji durian?? Coba lihat ini. :) BAHAN : 1. Biji durian 2. Garam 3. Air PERALATAN YANG DIGUNAKAN 1 Panci perebusan Tirisan 2 Pisau 3 Oven 4 Mesin penggiling 5 Ayakan 6 Alat pengaduk PROSEDUR PEMBUATAN 1.      Biji durian dicuci, direbus selama 10 menit dalam air mendidih, ditiriskan, 2.      Selanjutnya kulit biji durian dikupas. 3.      Kemudian biji durian diiris dengan ketebalan 2-3 mm. 4.      Lendir dihilangkan dengan cara menambahkan garam 6% pada biji durian, dicampur, diaduk-aduk dibawah air mengalir sampai keluar busa. 5.      Kemudian dicuci dengan air mengalir sampai lendir berkurang dan ditiriskan. 6.      Dioven sampai kering. 7.      Hasil pengeringan kemudian dihaluskan dengan mesin penggiling dan diayak hingga diperoleh tep...
